RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At AuralisseBeauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Sale and clearance items are non refundable.

Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
