All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States:
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AuralisseBeauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
